Job Summary: As the Senior production leader, you will hold a pivotal role in shaping production operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. You will leverage your extensive experience to lead a diverse team, implement strategic initiatives, and optimize processes that align with our organizational goals. All through a vision of continuous improvement at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Supervision: Direct and inspire a team of supervisors, operators and technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee and enhance production workflows, ensuring the timely execution of projects while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement production strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall output.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
  • Training & Development: Lead comprehensive training programs to elevate team skills and competencies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and technological advancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and resolve production challenges effectively.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, promoting a proactive approach to workplace safety and risk management.

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Manufacturing experience of at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards. Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
