Our full kitchen and bar includes upscale food, craft beer, wine, and liquor. As we expand, we are looking for team-oriented employees who help continue our most important tradition; providing outstanding customer service.

We are seeking a Line Cook to help support our Head Chef in managing all aspects of our kitchen. This position will report directly to the Head Chef.

Responsibilities include the following:

Open/close kitchen when needed

Prepare a variety of different appetizers/entrees for guests

Food preparation to ensure kitchen and line is fully stocked

Maintains clean kitchen by properly washing soiled dishes

Follow all sanitary and health code requirements

Work with front of house to ensure excellent service

Control and directing the food preparation process

Required Qualifications:

At least 1 year experience as line cook

Ability to work independently and with a kitchen team

Ability to divide responsibility and monitor staff

Credentials in health and safety training

Must be flexible with hours

Servsafe certified

Be able to lift up to 50lbs during normal operations

Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest

Job Types: Both Full-time and Part-time positions available, non-exempt

Hours will vary by week and will be focused on night and weekend shifts.

Pay : $14-20/hr
