Portfolio Account Manager
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Portfolio Account Manager to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. Located in Malvern, PA, this is an Onsite, Contract to Hire opportunity that offers the chance to work closely with lending professionals while managing essential account and portfolio activities. The role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting client service efforts, and ensuring operational processes are completed efficiently and in accordance with established guidelines. Compensation:
$30.00 - $32.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday; typical start time is 8:30 AM with flexibility based on commute needs
Key Responsibilities of the Portfolio Account Manager:
- Support a portfolio of commercial lending relationships by coordinating ongoing account administration, documentation management, and client service activities.
- Oversee critical loan related transactions, including funding requests, disbursements, settlements, and account maintenance throughout the lending lifecycle.
- Ensure records, reports, and supporting documentation are accurate, organized, and available for internal reviews, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Serve as a central point of coordination between lending professionals, clients, and internal business partners to facilitate efficient issue resolution and information exchange.
- Maintain portfolio quality through ongoing monitoring, payoff processing, release documentation, and adherence to established operational procedures.
- Experience supporting commercial lending, banking operations, financial services, or a related business environment.
- Strong ability to manage documentation, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and maintain accuracy in a fast paced setting.
- Knowledge of loan servicing, portfolio administration, account maintenance, or similar financial processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to following regulatory requirements, internal controls, and established procedures.
