Driving key activities to ensure supplier deliveries, logistics flows, stock policy, and system management meet logistics QCD objectives defined during the tender phase. ,

Ensuring business awards include logistics specifications with a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach. ,
Passing the gate review related to supply chain (DFQ). ,
Coordinating supply chain activities related to planning changes, supplier changes, or technical modifications with significant impact on supplier capacity or logistics flows. ,
Supporting the supply chain organization in case of critical delivery issues at suppliers. ,
Coordinating all supply chain activities to secure the end of production while minimizing costs and obsolete inventories."
