Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

2. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.

3. Manage the company's marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.

4. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns.

5. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure high performance and continuous development.

6. Manage marketing insights and recommendations to improve reporting that measures the performance of marketing campaigns.

7. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives and ensure high-quality deliverables.

8. Manage brand management activities, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity, to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

9. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing to incorporate into the company's marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Entrepreneurial experience a plus

2. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

3. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that have driven business results.

4. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

6. Experience in managing a team and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

7. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets and allocate resources for maximum impact.

8. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and insights to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

9. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

10. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

11. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Pay: $28.52 - $34.35 per hour
