Heavy Equipment Operator/Laborer

18 Karat, Inc is accepting resumes for experienced heavy equipment operators who are looking for a career.

Applicants should be experienced on dozers, articulated trucks, rollers and graders. 3+ years of experience is helpful, in some cases, training will be provided. Site specific training will be available.

PAYRATE WILL DEPEND ON EXPERIENCE AND WILL BE DISCUSSED DURING THE INTERVIEW

Positions are available immediately! ROOM TO GROW with the company

MSHA and OSHA certified helpful.

Work available in PA, WV & OH.

Comply with all company policies, safety rules and regulations.

Utilize organizational skills in respect to jobsite organization, crew management, product scheduling, and required record keeping.

Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times;

Must show up on time and be able to work a 10 to 12 hours shift

Must pay close attention to detail and work well in a team environment while maintain a safe working environment.

Must ensure the use of personal safety equipment i.e. safety glasses, face shields, gloves and hard hats.

Work will be available 6 to 7 days a week with full-time status. Full benefits available after 90 days. (Health, Vision & Dental)

401K is available after 1 year of service.

Must maintain a valid motor vehicle license, pass a background check and a drug & alcohol test.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
