Job Summary:
The Bath Lead oversees the full installation of bath and shower remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adherence to company standards, and exceptional customer experience. This role leads and directs the installation crew, resolves on-site challenges, coordinates with management, and ensures each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the homeowner’s satisfaction.
Essential Functions/Physical Requirements of Job:
Apply expert carpentry, trim work, and construction skills to all aspects of bath and shower projects.
Lead all installation tasks including measuring, cutting, fitting, and applying finish work.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site issues that could delay or impact project delivery.
Lead and support installation crew members, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficient project flow.
Follow all company installation standards, procedures, and safety guidelines during every installation and service.
Handle demolition of existing tubs, tile, and shower pans in preparation for new bath and shower installations.
Perform all required set-up, protection, finish work, and cleanup to maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite.
Communicate project status and completion details with management and accurately submit all required paperwork and photos.
Complete the installation checklist with the homeowner, clearly explain the functionality, care, maintenance of their new system, collect signed documents and final payment.
Maintain a professional, customer-focused demeanor; treat each homeowner and their property with the highest level of respect.
Wear the approved company uniform and uphold grooming and hygiene expectations.
Monitor and maintain installation vehicle inventory to ensure it is stocked with essential tools, materials, and job components.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation experience preferred.
Residential bath/shower installation experience required.
Ability to take accurate measurements using a tape measure, level, and combination square required.
Basic plumbing knowledge required.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools required.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals required.
Skilled in finish carpentry, light plumbing, remodeling, drywall work, and shower installation, required.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions required.
Valid driver’s license.
Computer Operations:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and the ability to learn and effectively use software applications used in the performance of job duties.

Remaining in a stationary position (e.g., sitting or standing) for extended periods
Frequent movement, including walking, bending, reaching, or climbing stairs

Working indoors and/or outdoors in various environmental conditions

Job Classification:
Job is non-exempt and eligible for overtime payment for hours worked over 40 hours per work week consistent with the Fair Labor Standards Act and company policies. Wages and benefits shall be paid consistent with Renuity, LLC wage and benefits policy.

The work environment for this position will vary depending on the nature of the role and assigned duties. It may include one or more of the following settings:
Office Environment : Professional setting with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Noise levels are typically low to moderate.
Retail or Store Environment : Fast-paced setting with frequent customer interactions. May involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting or moving of merchandise.
Warehouse Environment : Industrial setting with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and moving equipment. May require standing, walking, and handling materials or machinery.
Call Center Environment : Shared workspace with frequent phone and computer use. Noise level may be moderate due to multiple conversations occurring simultaneously.
Field-based or Canvassing Environment : Outdoor work in various weather conditions. Requires walking, standing, and interacting with the public. Travel between locations may be required.
