What You'll Do as a Crew Member/Laborer

• Arrive at the shop each morning to help load tools, materials, and equipment for the day's projects.
• Travel with the crew to residential and commercial job sites throughout the region.
• Perform hands-on roofing, siding, and general construction labor tasks.
• Use ladders, hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with loading, unloading, staging materials, and maintaining organized job sites.
• Support the crew in completing projects with quality workmanship and attention to safety.
• Maintain dependable attendance and communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.

Our Ideal Crew Member/Laborer

• Experience: Construction experience is preferred but not required; we're willing to train entry-level candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.
• Reliable & Motivated: Shows up consistently, follows direction, works hard, and is willing to learn roofing and siding skills
• Team-oriented: Works well with others and contributes to a positive, crew-focused work environment.
• Values-Driven: Takes pride in honest work, respects others, and fits well within a Christian values-based company culture.
• Active: Able to climb, kneel, bend, stand, walk, lift up to 80 lbs., and work safely from ladders and heights throughout the workday.
• Must have basic hand tools.
