We're hiring full-time W-2 Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support K–12 students in the school setting for the 2025–2026 school year . Whether you’ve worked in schools, pediatric care, or another hands-on support role, we’d love to connect with you. 📌 Position Details

• Caseload : 1:1 or small group student support (K–12)
• Schedule : Monday – Friday
• Hours : 30–40 hours/week
• Dates : August 2025 – May 2026
• Location : Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA schools

📌 Responsibilities

• Assist students with daily living activities, mobility, feeding, and hygiene needs
• Support students in the classroom and throughout the school day
• Follow care plans and behavior support strategies as directed by school staff or medical team
• Document services and report observations to relevant team members
  Promote student safety, independence, and dignity
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and nurses as part of a student support team

📌 Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with children or students with special needs preferred
• Ability to follow medical, behavioral, or personal care protocols
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Must pass background check and school-specific onboarding requirements
