Quality Assurance Lead
Contract, 5 days Onsite Roles & Responsibilities
- Work within release schedule (every 2–3 months)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.)
- Perform Functional & Automation Testing
- Own overall product quality
- Develop and implement QA programs
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and quality
- Participate in SDLC & PMLC processes
- Conduct scope, risk, and cost analysis
- Lead/mentor team members
- Manage testing for ongoing & future initiatives
- Develop testing strategy and plans
- Review/approve test plans, scenarios, scripts
- Validate database impacts & usability
- Ensure documentation accuracy & compliance
- Maintain updated application documentation
- Jira (documentation & tracking)
- Automation (QFaas)
- Java
- C#
- SQL Server
- Basic queries
- Table joins
- Data identification
- Database validation
- API validation
- Web application experience
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Related field (preferred)
- 8+ years of QA leadership experience
