Forklift Operator 2nd Shift

Load, unload, select cases, and move products within the distribution center using a variety of material handling equipment to accurately and timely fulfill customer orders.

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and electric walkies to move and handle materials.
• Pick orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners.
• Maintain inventory by ensuring products are stored correctly and efficiently.
• Ensure the safe operation of industrial fork truck equipment.
• Work independently to meet productivity and accuracy standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience utilizing RF scan guns and equipment such as a walkie rider pallet jack or slip truck.
• Ability to work autonomously with little supervision.
• Experience in operating a variety of industrial fork truck equipment.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English to understand work orders.

• 1-2 years of related warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn Cat2 software or other RF programming.
• Ability to work in a cold environment.
• Self-motivation and strong work ethic.

Work in a freezer environment with temperatures roughly at 45 degrees in the warehouse. Be prepared to dress warmly, as freezer wear is provided for tasks that require entering the freezer, which can be as cold as 20 degrees. Ensure safety by wearing steel-toed boots at all times.

This is a Permanent position based out of New Oxford, PA.

The pay range for this position is $44720.00 - $46800.00/yr.
