Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 (DOE) + Full Benefits Package

Job Overview

The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, financial performance, employee development, and guest satisfaction , ensuring that Popeyes' high standards are upheld at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations , ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Hire, train, and develop employees to create a strong, customer-focused team.
• Manage labor, food, and operational costs to maximize profit margins.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations .
• Implement strategies to increase sales and enhance customer experience .
• Handle customer service concerns in a professional and effective manner.
• Monitor and maintain financial reports, inventory levels, and operational efficiency .
• Lead by example to foster a positive work environment and maintain employee morale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (Quick Service Restaurant/QSR preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills .
• Experience with POS systems, inventory tracking, and financial reporting .
• Ability to train and motivate employees , ensuring top performance.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities .
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays .

Compensation & Benefits
