Ecommerce data strategist

Job Description

Looking for a motivated, results-oriented individual to help with various system migration and data backfill tasks. Tasks will include data vetting and backfill, with the potential to expand into more system-based and analytical work where needed. The candidate should be skilled at troubleshooting both system and process issues and able to communicate effectively on progress and roadblocks.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong Excel skills

• Excellent attention to detail; ability to balance efficiency with accuracy

• Familiarity with data/product management systems

• Ability to recognize patterns/recurring issues and distill clearly to stakeholders

• Some technical expertise/experience in dealing with complex logic

• Excellent at troubleshooting and a quick learner

• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt as processes change and evolve

• Excellent communication skills & ability to work cross functionally with technical & business stakeholders

• Ability to quickly call out roadblocks and keep work moving

• Ability to effectively prioritize work according to business needs and/or ask for clarity when unsure

• Ability to suggest process improvements where needed

• Experience with and ability to effectively communicate out progress and align to established deadlines

• Self motivated
