Landscape Construction Project Crew Leader

We provide landscape maintenance and construction services to both residential and commercial clients in the southeastern PA area. We are currently seeking a Landscape Construction Project Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, eager to grow both professionally and personally within our company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 3-4 man crew, planning and executing landscaping projects efficiently.
• Install paver patios and segmental block retaining walls.
• Perform grading and lawn installations, including sod, seeding, and hydroseeding.
• Apply proper planting techniques and plant identification.
• Install fences and repair and install irrigation systems.
• Operate skid steer loaders, mini excavators, and MT-52 (or equivalent machine).
• Operate cut off saws, laser level, zip levels, and read building plans/drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a landscaping crew leader with references.
• Experience in paver patio installation, segmental block retaining wall installation, grading and lawn installations, and proper planting techniques.
• Experience in fence installation and irrigation system repairs and installation.
• Experience operating skid steer loaders, mini excavators, and MT-52 (or equivalent machine).
• Ability to operate cut off saws, laser level, zip levels, and read building plans/drawings.
• Current driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Pond/water feature experience is preferred but not necessary.
