POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to various engineering projects within our organization. This internship program is designed to provide you with exposure to different aspects of engineering, enhance your technical skills, and support your professional development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Support: Assist engineering teams in executing various projects by conducting research, performing analysis, and contributing to design and development activities.

Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data to support engineering decisions and optimize processes. Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings.

Design and Drafting: Create and revise engineering drawings, tooling, schematics, and plans using relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

Prototyping: Participate in the development of prototypes and test models. Help assemble and test prototypes under the guidance of senior engineers.

Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and project progress reports.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians, to ensure project objectives are met.

Problem Solving: Assist in identifying and troubleshooting technical issues and challenges, proposing solutions, and implementing improvements.

Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Learning and Development: Actively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills by participating in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Enrolled in a relevant engineering degree program (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, industrial, chemical, etc.) at an accredited university or college.

Strong academic record with a demonstrated interest in engineering.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
