Machine Operator

Our client in West Chester is searching for multiple machine operators to join their growing team! The ideal candidates have machine set up and operation expereince within an industrial environment. Must be comfortable performing set up, change overs, lock out tag out and full operation. Please apply and one of our recruiters will reach out!

Responsibilities

• Operation: Start, stop, and adjust machinery to produce goods according to work orders and schedules.
• Monitoring: Observe machine performance and product quality, making real-time adjustments.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet standards.
• Maintenance: Perform routine checks, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs (e.g., sharpening tools).
• Setup & Adjustments: Prepare machines for operation and make necessary changes.
• Documentation: Record production data, report issues, and log maintenance activities.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
