Industrial Maintenance Technician

**Aerotek is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician!** **_Up to $38/hour!_** The Industrial Maintenance Technician will work at a manufacturing facility, performing preventative and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment. This role focuses on limiting downtime by troubleshooting PLC systems and performing a variety of electrical and mechanical repairs. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment. + Conduct reactive maintenance during breakdowns to minimize downtime. + Troubleshoot PLC systems and execute electrical and mechanical repairs. + Complete daily checklists and perform walk-arounds. + Create work orders based on findings during inspections. **Essential Skills** + Electrical maintenance + Mechanical maintenance + Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Proficient in PLC troubleshooting **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + **_Journeyman Electrical License highly preferred, but not required._** + 3-5+ years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing setting. + High mechanical aptitude and experience + Ability to troubleshoot, think critically, and work well within a team + Welding/Fabrication experience is a plus **Why Work Here?** New hires start with 3 weeks paid vacation.
