Job Description

Responsibilities

• Driver check in/out.
• Maintain records of driver interactions on the daily dock schedule.
• Respond to emails promptly.
• Handle driver questions and inquiries.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Process transactions and workflow through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Organize and process daily paperwork in a timely manner.
• Communicate clearly and appropriately with co-workers, customers, and truck drivers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute.
• Proficiency in using various computer programs and applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with others while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Experience with TMW and SAP.
• Logistics/Warehouse experience.
• RF gun/WMS experience.

Work Environment

The work environment is a warehouse/distribution setting that can be hot in the summer and temperature-controlled in the winter. The position requires working Monday through Friday from 7 pm to 5:30 am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
