Job Description: This person will be responsible for loading route trucks. Also, any other warehouse assignments including; picking draft, cases, and replenishment. This is a CDL A required position. This employee will be responsible for moving trucks around the property and running shuttle routes as needed.

Schedule : Monday- Friday

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

* Must have a valid CDL A driver’s license.

· Must be able to interact cordially and productively with a variety of people.

· Must establish and maintain an effective working relationship with supervisor, employees, and co-workers.

· Ability to engage in frequent bending, stooping and stretching.

· Candidate must possess aptitude to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos, including ability to accurately complete required paperwork, present information to customers, and interact with others.

· Possess the ability to interact positively with customers and the general public and provide superior service.

· Capacities to add, subtract, multiply and divide properly.

· Possess skill to apply an understanding to complete direction given by management or company.

· Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, while in a moving vehicle

· Safely handle all products (including kegs and cases)

· Pick draft, load route trucks, shuttle trucks to HUB, move trucks around facility and occasionally picking cases.

· Operate forklift according to CFR 1910.178 if in Reading warehouse or at HUB.

· Unload and load trailers

· Keep inside cab clean of debris.

· Properly complete pre and post trip inspections of equipment. Report any safety sensitive situations immediately to supervisor, manager or mechanic.

· Report any accidents and injuries to supervisor or manager immediately.

· Abide by all traffic laws and the use of a seatbelt is required.

· Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
