General Manager – Elevated Casual Dining

We’re a chef-driven, elevated casual concept in Wyndmoor, PA known for seasonal menus, quality ingredients, and genuine hospitality. Our goal: neighborhood warmth with high standards for food, service, and team culture.
The Role
Lead all day-to-day operations and drive the restaurant’s success. You’ll LEAD the team, own the P&L, and ensure every guest leaves impressed. Ideal for a hands-on leader who values systems, accountability, and balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop FOH/BOH staff; build a positive, high-performing culture
- Operations: Oversee service flow, scheduling, labor costs, and kitchen execution
- Financials: Manage P&L, inventory, food/bev costs, and vendor relationships
- Guest Focus: Drive hospitality standards, handle feedback, and build community loyalty
- Compliance: Maintain ServSafe, health/safety, and liquor law standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years as GM/AGM in full-service or chef-driven concepts
- Strong P&L, scheduling, and inventory management skills
- Leads by example with clear communication and accountability
- ServSafe Manager required; passion for food, wine, and hospitality a must
- Flexible for key nights/weekends with management coverage to support balance
