Equipment Services Associate

RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Equipment Services Associate to join our team in a light manufacturing environment in Ephrata, PA with $19/hr pay for a 2 months contract (potential temp to perm opportunity ). This position is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and refurbishing refill equipment to meet company quality and safety standards. Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Required PPE: Steel Toe Shoes

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot, test, and repair various types of refill equipment.
• Perform operational checks, cleaning, and sanitization of all equipment.
• Disassemble, assemble, and refurbish equipment according to company procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain good manufacturing practices.
• Read and interpret technical manuals to support accurate repairs.
• Maintain documentation and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate in daily team huddles and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for prolonged periods.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency and attention to quality.
• Forklift experience preferred (not required).
