You are the face of our company on the front lines, helping our Lancaster neighbors "take back their weekends" by providing the highest quality lawn care in the county.

What You’ll Do

A Landscape Maintenance Technician will work as part of a high-energy team to execute daily routes, performing precision mowing, string trimming, and power edging to ensure every property meets our "immaculate" brand standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Mowing & Detailing: Operate commercial-grade Exmark and Walker mowers; perform clean string trimming around obstacles and crisp power edging along sidewalks and beds.

• Property Cleanup: Clear all clippings and debris from hardscapes (driveways/patios) using blowers to leave the site looking better than you found it.

• Seasonal Tasks: Assist with mulch installation, seasonal flower planting, and spring/fall leaf removals.

• Equipment Care: Perform basic daily checks on equipment (oil, fuel, blade sharpness) to ensure everything is "ready to roll" each morning.

• Teamwork: Follow the lead of your Supervisor to complete routes efficiently while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.

Requirements

• Reliability: You show up on time, every time. Our clients rely on our "handshake integrity."

• Stamina: Ability to work on your feet for 8–10 hours a day in various weather conditions (heat, light rain, etc.).

• Eye for Detail: You notice the small things—like a missed patch of grass or a stray weed in a flower bed.

• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to our shop in the Lancaster/Lititz area.

• Experience: Previous experience with commercial landscaping is a plus, but we are willing to train anyone with a great work ethic and a desire to learn.
