Assembly Manager
job summary:
A leading industrial manufacturer in the Bucks County PA area is seeking a skilled Assembly Manager. We are seeking candidates who have 3+ years of proven supervisor experience in an electro-mechanical assembly environment. A Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering is highly desirable. Candidates will need experience with AutoCad, BOM's, drawings, and assembly work orders.

responsibilities:
- Partner with senior management to synchronize assembly priorities with organizational shipment targets and customer commitments.
- Manage department personnel by aligning technical competencies with production needs while auditing adherence to best practices.
- Direct the timely processing of production data, labor tracking, and work order closures to maintain precise operational records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical escalation and departmental problem-solving.
- Execute rigorous pre-shipment inspections to safeguard brand reputation and product reliability.
- Participate in the talent review process, identifying growth opportunities and driving continuous improvement within the team.
- Champion a culture of safety and organizational excellence through the strict enforcement of EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) protocols.
