We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, dispatch our van fleet, process requests, calmly handle complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy ,a team player, and is able to remain calm under pressure. We have part time positions open for 11pm until 7am and 2pm until midnight. Paid training and a pay and position review after 90 days. PLEASE call (412) 262-9130 to set up and in-person interview at our office at 8608 University Blvd., Moon Twp., PA 15108. No position details will be discussed over the phone but all your questions will be answered at your intterview. Also you can find out about a special Sign-On Bonus at the interview. This is NOT a remote position. Responsibilities
- Receive a high volume of inbound calls
- Identify the reason for the customers call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
- Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customer
- Dispatch our fleet of vans from our office to Pittsburgh International Airport, to scheduled hotel pick ups, and customers prompt pick up upon return.
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
- Comfortable using computers and customer management software
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of active listening techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
