Insurance Account Representative

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior exposure to the insurance industry or a demonstrated interest in pursuing an insurance career
• Property & Casualty license preferred, or active progress toward licensure
• Professional, client-focused communicator across phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities
• Motivated by long-term growth, increased responsibility, and building strong client relationships

Responsibilities:

• Support and manage existing client accounts, responding to questions related to policies, claims, and billing
• Guide clients through coverage options and help tailor solutions to their individual needs
• Assist with renewals, policy changes, and account updates
• Develop and maintain strong relationships to support retention and satisfaction
• Continue developing knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with team members to support agency growth through cross-selling and account development
• Complete licensure requirements, if applicable, and grow into roles with increased responsibility over time
