CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's Degree in School Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current PA Educational Specialist certification.
• Current Endorsement in School Counseling.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:

• Counseling Expertise: Proficient in individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and student emotional/social support.
• PA Educational Knowledge: Familiarity with Pennsylvania education laws, IEPs, 504 plans, and compliance standards.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with students, staff, and parents to address academic and behavioral needs.
• Developmental Understanding: Knowledge of K-8 developmental stages and challenges, supporting academic and emotional growth.
• Program Coordination: Experience in implementing school-wide counseling programs and student well-being initiatives.
