Outside Roofing Sales Representative

Niva Group a Roofing Contractor in Philadelphia is currently looking for results-oriented sales representatives to join our residential division team. The ideal candidates must be proactive, willing to learn the industry and be a team player. We value our reputation in the community and we choose only the best candidates to represent our company in the field.

We will provide training people with the good attitude. If you possess excellent relationship and communication skills, are organized and responsible, you will easily make $100,000.00 +

• Past sales and/or sales experience in construction or the trades is preferred
• This job is 100% commission; we provide product information, estimating support and assistance to manage communication with potential clients. After 2 weeks of trial period and evaluation of results we will start provide leads based on performance. More leads will be provided to best closers
• Physically able to perform all duties including: inspection of areas (roofs, siding, etc), climbing ladders, etc
• Excellent relationship and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Daily report of performance and updates

• Ongoing follow-up with potential client and updating clients records

• This is a hunter-based position that includes the willingness to canvass neighborhoods knocking doors

• Ability to climb on roofs to perform a video roof inspection, measure roofs and take pictures

• No roofing experience is necessary. Just passion, energy, and a positive and relentless attitude. We provide training.

• Communicate regularly with homeowners and adjusters - customer service is vital.

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
  (25% commissions are paid off the gross profit, you sell - you get paid)
  

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
