Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing the front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, and achieving financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including managing the front-of-house and back-of-house staff, scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to all guests by maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Train, develop and motivate staff to provide outstanding service and achieve financial goals.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels, food and beverage cost control, and ordering procedures.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional strategies and special events.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including licensing and safety regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets for the restaurant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, including staff management, inventory control, and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and liquor laws.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a noisy and sometimes hectic environment.
