Garden Spring Nursing and Rehabilitation Center needs compassionate, dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) RIGHT NOW to join our clinical team and help deliver exceptional, person-centered care to our residents during this high-demand period. All shifts are actively open—your expertise is urgently needed to support our residents, staff, and mission of promoting healing, dignity, and quality of life.

RN Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in line with facility policies, physician orders, and individualized resident plans

• Administer medications and treatments safely, accurately, and timely

• Closely monitor residents’ health status; promptly report changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team

• Complete precise, timely documentation in the electronic medical record

• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs as assigned to ensure consistent, high-quality care

• Collaborate with nursing leadership, therapy, and other departments for seamless continuity of care

• Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and all regulatory standards

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (required)

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred—we strongly encourage new graduates and those re-entering the field to apply!

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently while excelling in a collaborative, team-oriented setting

RN Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available immediately

• Day, evening, and night shifts open

• Weekend and holiday rotation may be required to meet facility needs
