JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Utilize a problem-solving sales approach to prospect, quote, and close new business.
- Assist in the resolution of customer concerns and conflicts.
- Perform professional presentations to inform customers and prospects of rental product offerings, Foley value proposition and differentiation from the competition.
- Perform equipment sizing calculations, determine required accessories and sub-contractor services to complete rental quotations and agreements.
- Perform temporary electric power assessments on customer/prospects facilities in order to secure a pre-owned product sale, rental contingency plan or a temporary generator connection box.
- Prepare all required and approved documentation and forward to Rental Sales Administrator to activate new customers and facilitate rental agreement requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in Foley CRM system.
- Follow up with customers/prospects on new leads and document status within 24 hours.
- Follow up with customers on all outstanding proposals, gain customer commitment and secure purchase orders and rental agreements.
- Visit active customer rental sites to determine if customer is satisfied with the rental and resolve any open issues or concerns.
- Update/maintain accurate customer information and profiles for assigned accounts.
- Perform On-Call duties as required.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and work experience.
- Three (3) years of direct work experience in an external sales capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
- Strong time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications/CRM systems.
