We are currently accepting applications for an RN Unit Supervisor within our long-term care and rehab facility specializing in geriatrics. Qualifications

1. RN License or Temporary RN License
2. Must pass background and drug screen
3. Management Experience (Preferred)

Essential Job Functions

1. Supervises the day-to-day functions of CNAs and nursing staff services, implementing and maintaining a quality assurance program
2. Medication administration, computer documentation including assessment of resident's current status, observation and reporting of any change in resident's status to MD/sponsors as necessary, ordering medications from the pharmacy, wound care, collecting and processing lab samples.
3. Managing all aspects of the care plan process
