Senior Manager of Content

Your Opportunity, Your Team The Sr. Manager of Content Production supports QVC and HSN, and is responsible for the direction, development, and production of content across QVC, HSN, and QVC+/HSN+ streaming platforms/channels. You will ensure that content produced across all brands reflects a unified creative vision and consistently elevates QVC Group's storytelling, brand expression, and customer experience. You will communicate a clear creative vision, direction, and perspective to content production teams across QVC and HSN — including producers, editors, photographers, content stylist, and cross-functional creative partners. You will oversee all non-live content across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive look, feel, and brand expression that aligns with QVC Group's broader creative strategy while honoring each brand's unique identity. You will report to the Director, Content and Creative. Where You'll Work- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA location several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). We do anticipate that during the first 90 days, you will need to be onsite more often to onboard.

- You will lead and evolve QVC Group's content strategy across key growth marketing channels
- You will have a specific focus on social-first content, photo/video, paid media, and emerging content formats — ensuring every asset aligns with brand goals and delivers measurable business results.
- You will oversee end-to-end creative development — from concept through execution — including long- and short-form content, campaign production, and photo/video shoots.
- You will manage and mentor high-performing creative team members and freelancers, cultivating a culture of creativity, psychological safety, accountability, and high performance.
- Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and create development pathways that help grow individual skill sets and advance team capabilities.
- Partner cross-functionally with Broadcast, Brand Marketing, and Customer Marketing to align content strategy with insights, positioning, and business objectives.
- Analyze creative performance to identify insights, test new ideas, and continuously improve content effectiveness across channels.
- Translate complex industry topics into engaging creative concepts and storytelling that resonate with customers.
- Champion operational excellence by building processes, documentation, and repeatable workflows that streamline production, increase velocity, and remove friction for the creative team.
- Model strong organizational leadership by managing resources, timelines, budgets, and priorities.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture where diverse creative perspectives are welcomed and the team feels energized to push boundaries.
- 8+ years of leadership experience in video production, brand management, or content strategy roles.
- Experience leading creative teams and developing content that drives measurable growth.
- Proven track record of producing high-impact campaigns and leading complex creative projects across digital and traditional channels.
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end photo and video production and providing art direction across multiple mediums.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and creative strategy skills.
- Strong understanding of content performance metrics and how to use data to inform creative decisions.
- Experience implementing AI solutions in content workflows and creating automated systems that increase efficiency.
- Familiarity working within project management tools such as AirTable and Adobe Creative Suite.
