NOW HIRING: PROGRAM COORDINATOR
JOB TYPE: FULL TIME
Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc , an Affiliate of Apis Services, is seeking Full-Time Program Coordinators to oversee several CLA's and provide direct support care to our CLA residents in the Mifflintown and Reedsville areas. This position will assist individuals in our Residential IDD Program under the 6400 Regulatory Compliance.

Summary of Role:
- Oversight of multiple CLAs.
- Supervise and direct the work of Residential Specialists/DSPs to include the following: Medical Appointments/medication management in conjunction with the Assistant Program Coordinator. Complete requirements to become a Medication Administration Observer Monitor medications for refills and reconcile weekly medications with the Assistant Program Coordinator upon delivery prior to the start of each week.
- Ensure staff administering medications have completed and are current in medication administration training.
- On Call - Participate in on call rotation. Training - in conjunction with the Program Specialist.
- Monitor compliance list and inform staff of upcoming training needs.
- Conduct and observe medication practicums for employees.
- Mentor and provide ongoing feedback and indicate areas of improvement regarding job performance.
- Complete accurate and timely employee performance evaluations prior to the due date.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of and ability to work with individuals with IDD/Mental Health Diagnoses
- Two years of experience in human services or related field
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent communication skills, documentation accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, with proper use of grammar and vocabulary, is required.
- The candidate must pass a Criminal Record History Clearance, & FBI as well as possess a valid PA Driver's License. The candidate must pass a Physical & Drug Screening & possess the ability to attend and successfully complete all sponsored training.
