At Publicis Health, Human Resources is more than one function — it’s a full ecosystem supporting our people and our business. Our HR team includes Traditional HR , Talent Acquisition/Recruiting , and Resource Management , all working together to help employees build meaningful and inspired careers. As an HR Intern , you’ll gain hands-on experience across these areas. You’ll help support day‑to‑day HR activities, assist with projects that impact employees across the agency, and learn how a large, people‑focused organization operates behind the scenes. This is a great fit for someone who’s curious, people-oriented, and excited to learn the full spectrum of HR responsibilities. Because our HR team works both at the agency level and within the broader corporate structure, you’ll also have the chance to participate in Publicis Health–wide initiatives and see how decisions shape our culture at scale. Responsibilities What You’ll Learn:- How different HR functions work together to support the employee lifecycle
- How Talent Acquisition finds and engages strong candidates
- How Resource Management helps staff projects and balance workload
- How HR teams handle onboarding, employee engagement, learning programs, and more
- How to navigate confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- How large organizations coordinate HR strategy across multiple teams and offices
- You enjoy helping people and are curious about what drives strong workplace culture
- You’re organized and able to handle sensitive information respectfully
- You’re interested in learning how HR supports both employees and business goals
- You’re a strong communicator and comfortable collaborating with different teams
- You’re a rising junior or senior enrolled full‑time at an accredited 4‑year college or university
- You’re pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field
- You’re legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- You’re able to commute to the office location listed in the internship posting

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
