Position Summary

Our Client seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join their team and manage foreclosure matters. This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, including both uncontested and contested foreclosures, while working collaboratively with clients and opposing counsel. The successful candidate will contribute to the firm's foreclosure practice while developing expertise in real estate litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings and legal documents
• Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters, including contested and uncontested cases
• Participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person court proceedings
• Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings and case updates
• Manage and prioritize a large caseload effectively

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work hybrid with in-office presence in King of Prussia, PA for training and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience handling foreclosure matters
• Experience with contested foreclosure litigation
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania foreclosure procedures and rules
