Job Summary

LingaTech is actively building a pipeline of skilled ERP professionals with experience in SAP , Microsoft Dynamics 365 , and Oracle Cloud . This requisition is not associated with a current opening . We are proactively identifying ERP talent for future contract and contract‐to‐hire opportunities expected to open with our Commonwealth and commercial clients.

If you have hands-on ERP implementation, configuration, or support experience, we encourage you to join our pipeline.

Potential Future Roles

You may be considered for upcoming openings such as:

• SAP Functional Consultants (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, SuccessFactors, ABAP, Basis, etc.)

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants (Finance, Supply Chain, CE/CRM, HR, Commerce)

• Oracle Cloud ERP Consultants (Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement, EPM)

• ERP Business Analysts

• ERP Project Managers / Leads

• Integration Specialists

Potential Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by technology and role but may include:

• Supporting or leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or optimizations

• Configuring modules in SAP, Dynamics 365, or Oracle Cloud

• Gathering and documenting business requirements

• Managing cross-functional workflows and stakeholder communications

• Building reports, dashboards, and integrations

• Troubleshooting system issues and providing end-user support

• Coordinating with vendors, developers, and technical teams

• Ensuring ERP solutions align with business needs and industry best practices

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP , Microsoft Dynamics 365 , or Oracle Cloud

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and/or technical solutions

• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Ability to work in client-facing or consulting environments

Preferred Qualifications

(Not required for pipeline consideration)

• ERP certifications (SAP, D365, Oracle Cloud)

• Experience in public sector environments

• Knowledge of SDLC or Agile methodologies

• Experience with integrations, data migration, or process mapping

• Prior consulting or enterprise experience
