Nursing Faculty

SALARY/RANK: Rank and tenure track status will be determined based upon the qualifications, skills and experience of the successful candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS: A completed PhD or NP is preferred. Candidates who have achieved ABD status and can demonstrate clear progress toward completion may also be considered. Candidates must have or be able to obtain, prior to the start date, a current nursing license for Pennsylvania and West Virginia; and experience in nursing education. The candidate must have an understanding of teaching at a liberal arts institution and experience in baccalaureate nursing education.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate will be expected to teach in classroom, clinical, and simulation laboratory settings, provide academic student advising, participate in curriculum development, maintain membership on various departmental and University committees and engage in scholarly activity.
