Our ideal candidate would have compassion and the empathy needed to foster the home-like environment that makes Amoroso Woodridge the home away from home for our residents.**Duties:** - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a long term care and short term rehab setting. - Administer medications, perform wound care, monitor patient vital signs, and assist with treatments as directed by healthcare providers. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. - Educate residents and their families on health management strategies and treatment plans. - Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and treatment procedures in electronic health records. **Requirements:** - Valid LPN license in PA. - Ability to work effectively in memory care units and long-term care facilities. - Strong understanding of acute pain management techniques. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary based on experience. - Comprehensive health insurance coverage. - Dental insurance benefits.
