Retail Sales Associate - Tire and Automotive Repair

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right tires and auto services to meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of our tire and auto service offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Engage with customers both in person and over the phone to identify their automotive needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with the service department to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including merchandise displays and showroom appearance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or business is a plus.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems and basic office software.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays as required by the business.
• Knowledge of tires and auto services is desirable, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
