Part Time Bookkeeper
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a small, dedicated office of eight employees. This is a hands-on role taking over for a long-tenured staff member. You will manage the daily financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance across multiple states.
- Location: Southampton, PA (100% Onsite)
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
- Schedule: Part-time (Approximately 24 hours per week)
- Initial Training: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Compensation: $24-28/hr DOE

education: High School Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries using MIP Fund Accounting software.
- Payroll Administration: Process weekly payroll and handle associated federal, state (PA, GA, FL), and local taxes for 8 employees.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, dashboards, and revenue/expense reports.
- Audit & Year-End: Provide essential support for annual audits, 990 preparations, and year-end payroll reconciliation.
- Donation Tracking: Accurately code and track restricted/assigned donations and maintain records for high-value contributions.
- Banking: Reconcile multiple bank statements monthly and manage cash disbursements via ACH and bill pay.
