Situated within a professional medical campus on the grounds of a 300+ bed, Joint Commission–accredited regional medical center, the Outpatient Endoscopy Nurse Manager will join an ambulatory surgery center that follows rigorous accreditation standards and a culture of continuous quality improvement.

The Outpatient Endoscopy Nurse Manager reports to the VP, Physician Services with responsibilities that include directly supervising all ASC staff, including RNs, endoscopy technicians, and support personnel and partnering closely with GI physicians, anesthetists, infection prevention, sterile processing, scheduling, supply chain, revenue cycle, and quality teams to achieve shared clinical and operational goals. 🏥

As a clinical leader, the Outpatient Endoscopy Nurse Manager will mentor staff, elevate competencies, champion infection prevention and scope reprocessing standards, and guide education, onboarding, and professional development. On the quality front, the position will lead safety huddles, audits, and data-driven performance improvement aligned with CMS and state regulations. Operationally, the Outpatient Endoscopy Nurse Manager will own scheduling, staffing plans, throughput optimization, supply management, accreditation readiness, and patient experience initiatives in close collaboration with physicians and anesthetists. Financially, the role will partner with leadership to develop budgets, manage costs, and optimize resources while building strong relationships with referring providers and the community.
