Landscape Installation Project Crew Leader

We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Landscape Construction Project Crew Leader to spearhead our team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of 3-4 members, ensuring efficient planning and execution of landscaping projects.
- Install paver patios and segmental block retaining walls.
- Perform grading and lawn installations, including sod, seeding, and hydroseeding.
- Apply proper planting techniques and demonstrate knowledge in plant identification.
- Install and repair fences and irrigation systems.
- Operate heavy machinery such as skid steer loaders, mini excavators, and MT-52 (or equivalent machine).
- Operate cut off saws, laser level, zip levels, and interpret building plans/drawings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a landscaping crew leader with references.
- Proven experience in paver patio installation, segmental block retaining wall installation, grading and lawn installations, and proper planting techniques.
- Experience in fence installation and irrigation system repairs and installation.
- Proficiency in operating skid steer loaders, mini excavators, and MT-52 (or equivalent machine).
- Ability to operate cut off saws, laser level, zip levels, and read building plans/drawings.
- Current driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
- Experience with pond/water feature installation is preferred but not necessary.
