🩺 What You’ll Do

As a Wellness team Supervisor on our Non-Medical Home Care team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seniors receive safe, dignified, and supportive care at home.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing home visits and ongoing client assessments

• Supervising caregivers and ensuring care meets agency standards

• Updating plans of care and ensuring client safety

• Conducting supervisory visits every 30/60 days

• Recognizing and coaching caregivers — and celebrating their wins

• Supporting caregiver training and quality assurance efforts

• Helping with the two-step PPD program as needed

• Collaborating closely with leadership to ensure exceptional client service

This is a full-time role supporting our Mainline territory , based out of our Havertown office.

📌 Requirements

• RN or LPN license (current PA Board of Nursing registration)

• 10+ years of nursing experience preferred

• Home care and dementia care experience strongly preferred

• Managerial or supervisory background ideal

• Sales or client-facing experience a plus

• Strong clinical judgement and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Annual TB test required

Office: 1950 Lawrence Road, First Floor, Havertown, PA 19083
Territory: Greater Philadelphia — from the Delaware border to Horsham, with emphasis on the Mainline area.
Travel within territory is required.
