Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement personalized therapy interventions that help patients regain independence and improve their daily lives
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner to support the care team and ensure compliance
• Assist with patient and family education so they feel confident and empowered after discharge
• Communicate patient status and responses to the supervising Occupational Therapist to keep the plan of care on track
• Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols to maintain a safe and healing environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active COTA license in Pennsylvania (or the ability to obtain one before start)
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills
• A genuine passion for helping others restore independence

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

• Occupational therapy interventions and treatment techniques
• Patient care and patient education
• Accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Teamwork and interprofessional communication
• Compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
