Center Clinical Medical Director – Primary Care (Outpatient)
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Compensation: $280–$300K Base + Bonuses + Partnership (No Buy-In)

Join a physician-led, value-based organization delivering world-class primary care to medically complex, moderate- to low-income seniors. Our model gives physicians the time, resources, and smaller patient panels needed to provide genuinely relationship-based care. If you’re passionate about improving outcomes and practicing medicine the way it should be practiced, this is an opportunity to lead at the highest level.
Compensation & Schedule
- Base Salary: $280,000–$300,000
- Annual Bonus: Up to 20% of base compensation
- Commencement Bonus: $50,000
- Partnership ( no buy-in )
Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Clinic Hours: 7:30 am–5:00 pm
- Last patient scheduled at 4:15 pm
- Excellent work/life balance

Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- MD or DO
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a geriatric or primary care setting
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Local travel required; occasional regional travel
