PM hours available only. Hosts at Middle Child Clubhouse are responsible for aiding other Front of House staff during service. No assholes allowed. Responsibilities are as follows:
- Creating an extremely fun and positive environment
- Daily set up and breakdown of the host areas, including stocking and cleaning
- Assisting servers and bartenders in execution of dinner service
- Managing reservations and seating guests
- Maintaining high standards of service and an acute attention to detail
- Directing bar guests to the bar and instructing them on how bar service works at the restaurant
- Helping to clear and clean tables
- Polishing glassware and silverware, as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized front of house, including daily, weekly, and monthly deep cleanings
- Reporting to the Service Manager
- Stocking and light bar backing on weekends
- Other duties may be necessary to help maintain successful operation of the restaurant
