Java Technical Lead
Job Title: Java Technical Lead
Location: Pittsburgh, PA Onsite
Type: Full Time
Overview:
Seeking an experienced Fullstack Java Technical Lead with 12+ years of experience to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions, lead teams, and manage end-to-end architecture, DevOps, and real-time data streaming initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Design & develop enterprise solutions using Java (Spring Boot), frontend frameworks (React/Angular), and microservices
-
Lead container migrations & cloud-native deployments with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
-
Implement real-time data streaming using Apache Kafka
-
Own CI/CD pipelines, DevOps integration, and automated deployments (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
-
Mentor development teams, enforce coding standards, and ensure performance & security
-
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate backend with frontend systems
-
Implement monitoring/logging with Grafana, ELK Stack
Must-Have Skills:

12+ years in Fullstack Java development & technical leadership
-
Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Framework
-
Proficiency with frontend frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.js
-
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, containerization, CI/CD, DevOps
-
Hands-on with Apache Kafka , relational & NoSQL databases
-
Excellent mentoring & team leadership skills
Good-to-Have Skills:

Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Security & compliance knowledge

Agile/Scrum experience
