Job Summary:

The Gardener will assist in the planning, planting and maintenance of flower beds on the golf course at Liberty Mountain Resort. Gardening work to include, but not limited to, mulching, tilling, weeding, pruning, deadheading and hand watering. Other duties assisting on the golf course as assigned.

Job Specifications:

• Housing: Not Available
• Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.04 / hour
• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time
• Skill Level: Entry to Intermediate

Job Requirements:

• Able to speak and communicate in English - required
• Work begins at 6:00 am and ends at 2:30 pm – Monday thru Friday – required
• Able to work 4-hour morning shifts on alternating weekends – required
• Able to work 4-hour morning shifts on holidays - required
• Able to lift and carry 50 pounds - required
• Able to crouch, kneel, stoop for long periods of time throughout the day - required
• Able to work outdoors in all varying weather conditions - required
• Able to work independently and as a team player - required
• Able to work all scheduled shifts during planting season - required
• Valid driver's license – required
• Acceptable driving record - required
• Available for an in-person interview – required
• Able to drive standard transmission vehicles – preferred
• Gardening experience - preferred

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $22.48/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
