• Ensure our CNC programming needs are met by timely equipping workspaces with essential tools.
• Facilitate weekly 5s audits, embedding organizational discipline and rectifying inefficiencies.
• Be the guardian of safety, crafting a secure environment for every task.
• Sculpt Work Instructions, streamlining processes as needs evolve.
• Promote an immaculate, orderly shop, where product flow is as smooth as silk.
• Establish synergetic interactions with Engineering, Materials Management, and Purchasing to advance operational goals.
• Maintain an open dialogue with the Assembly team, ensuring downstream satisfaction and efficiency.
• Devise part routings, converting insights into efficient processes.
• Design rework protocols to effectively address product deviations.
• Proactively create maintenance workorders to prevent operational disruptions.
• Craft Purchase Requisitions for needed resources.
