With us, you'll earn a competitive salary of $80,000 - $150,000 per year with uncapped earning potential and a base pay during training. We also offer position-specific perks, including:

BECOMING OUR EXTERIORS SPECIALIST

As our Exteriors Specialist , you'll visit clients to present our roofing solutions, educate them on their options, and provide accurate estimates. You'll conduct follow-up calls, process paperwork, and collaborate with our production crews to ensure project success. With two appointments scheduled daily and a 45% lead conversion rate to achieve, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to shine. Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including working at heights
• Strong ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Consistently maintain a professional appearance
• Highly customer-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence
• Goal-driven and results-oriented with a passion for achieving targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in in-home (business-to-consumer) sales
• A college degree
